Empowered Birth Workshop
For pregnant (or hoping to be pregnant) folks!
Join Neighborhood Birth Center's founder Nashira Baril and midwife Katherine Rushfirth to talk about your vision and goals for an empowered birth. This 2-hour workshop will cover:
- Understanding your values and options around pregnancy and birth
- Choosing your provider and place of birth
- Creating a birth plan
Workshop is FREE. Dinner will be served. Please bring your chosen support person (just make sure the register them for a ticket).
