  • 💛 Give once or commit monthly — even a small monthly gift helps sustain this movement.
  • 📣 Share this vision — tell friends, family, colleagues. Spread the word that Boston deserves better birth care.
  • 🙋🏾 Volunteer or stay involved — we welcome help with outreach, events, and advocacy.

Donation FAQs

How do I donate to Neighborhood Birth Center?

  1. Online: You can use this page to donate securely!

  2. Mail: You can donate by mail, too. Please make the check out to our fiscal sponsor, “Resist, Inc”, add “Neighborhood Birth Center” in the memo, and mail to:
    Resist, Inc,

  3. Donor-Advised Fund (DAF): You can contact your fund advisor or financial institution to request that a check be made out to Resist, with Neighborhood Birth Center in the memo. Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes! Neighborhood Birth Center is a fiscally sponsored program of Resist, a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization, which means that donations are tax deductible.

Can I have my workplace match my donation to Neighborhood Birth Center?

Yes! Often this is as simple as filling out a one page form and submitting it to your HR department. If your workplace uses an online giving catalog (such as YourCause/NPOConnect), Resist may already be a registered charity in your catalog. Be sure to add a note that funds are for Neighborhood Birth Center. If you have questions about whether your workplace offers donation matching or how to give to Neighborhood Birth Center, email seth@resist.org and we can help.

How do I continue to support Neighborhood Birth Center?

One of the best things you can do is to become a monthly donor — it’s quick, easy, and ensures Neighborhood Birth Center’s sustainability. Just use the donation form above and choose “monthly” for your donation frequency.
